Discussing with customers about the details requirements before the order confirmed,such as:Packing,Delivery time and shipping documents.Then,arrange the production accordingly.
About the production:
We will follow up the production process after the order is confirmed, and keep customers updated about the progress in time.After the production finished,we will arrange the delivery ASAP once the testing finished and results complied,and provide the COA to customer for further confirmation.
Delivery:
Booking the flight schedule or shipping space in advance based on the estimated delivery time.Strictly according to the agreed time delivery, to meet customer demand.
After-sales Service
Support of After-sale:
Providing the related technical supporting at any time,such as:Testing,Packing,Usage,Storage condition,etc.
